5-6 large red potatoes diced into chunks
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
2 cups mashed cheese-it crackers
1 stick of butter/margarine melted
Toss all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag to coat. Spread out into a casserole pan. (Spray the bottom to prevent sticking.) Bake at 400*F for about 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
